August 2010. Kennedy House wins approval. A 400M2 house on the edge of the village of Stoke Row in Oxfordshire overlooking the Chilterns AONB. Work is to start on site in October 2010.

April 2010. John Pardey Architects appointed to design a new house in Stoke Row, South Oxfordshire.

April 2010. John Pardey Chairs the RIBA Southern Region Award Panel.

March 2010. Hurst House wins approval on a site overlooking the Chiltern’s Area of Outstanding Beauty. The house is due on site in the Autumn of 2010.

March 2010. Pink House wins approval. A new courtyard house in Friars Cliff near Christchurch, due to start on site in October 2010.

March 2010. John Pardey Architects appointed to design a new house in Frairs Cliff, Christchurch.

February 2010. Spaargaren House wins approval on a site on the North Norfolk heritage coast. A four bedroom Modernist house within a conservation Area, due on site August 2010.

November 2010. John Pardey Architects appointed by Ballymore Properties to design two new residential blocks on Leamouth Peninsula in Docklands. One block of 93 apartments over 12 storeys and another of 110 apartments over 16 storeys, which also includes a three level lifestyle and leisure centre.

October 2009. Brentworks site in Colindale receives planning approval. A site of 105 apartments on a former industrial site for Fairview Homes Ltd.

September 2009. John Pardey Architects commissioned by Fairview Homes to develop a disabled sailing centre on a disused coal jetty on the Thames, in Greenwich for the Ahoy Trust.
