Covid-19 (coronavirus) - what JPA are doing to minimise risks to our staff, clients and contractors.
Firstly, JPA is working as hard as ever to deliver inspiring buildings for our clients.
We have put into place a number of measures to ensure we meet our commitments to existing and new clients across all our projects.
Communication and Meetings: Like the majority of you, JPA is now working from home. We are adapting our phone system to allow connection with home phones but while we transition please call the main office number (01590 626465) and we can put you in touch with the right member of the team or one of their children! Alternatively send them an email and they will return your call at their earliest convenience.
We are all set up to use Zoom for calls and video meetings and will also be looking to employ this as an alternative to site visits where possible. Please give the software a try - it is intuitive and free and available as an App on your computer or phone. If you are set up with other software and would prefer to use this let us know - we should be able to work with that too!
Given the rapidly changing situation we are seeking to respond quickly to new Government guidance. JPA Director Carl Gulland is taking the lead in ensuring we are quickly responding and adapting to the rapidly changing circumstances.
