
The Pooley House has been shortlisted for the 2011 Downland Prize.
The Pooley House is one of 19 projects that have been shortlisted, out of a total of 70 entries. The Downland Prize is open to architects based in RIBA South or South East Regions, for projects anywhere in the UK with a total cost of under £1.5 million. Its role is to celebrate projects that best demonstrate the benefits of using an architect’s services. The shortlist can be viewed here and winning project will be announced in November.
