			<description>&lt;p&gt;Starworks - a nine-unit housing scheme in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - has obtained planning consent after lengthy negotiations with planners. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;JPA obtianed planning consent for the existing two houses on the site - Star &amp;amp; Mill Cottages - back in 2008.  Permission for change of use from B1 commerical to residential will see the construction of seven additional houses across the 1.9 hectare site at Stoke Row, in the Chilterns.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;The Watson House has been shortlisted for the 2011 Manser Medal.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;JPA's &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.johnpardeyarchitects.com/[sitetree_link id=73]&quot;&gt;Watson House&lt;/a&gt; is one of six exceptional new homes that have been shortlisted for the 2011 RIBA Manser Medal, a prize recognising the best new house or major extension in the UK.  The Manser Medal is the the UK's pre-eminent private housing design award.  The objective of the RIBA Manser Medal has always been to encourage  innovation in house design, to show how social and technological  ambitions can be met by intelligent design and to produce exemplars to  be taken up by the wider house-building industry. The prize is named  after Michael Manser, former President of the RIBA, who is well known  for his own steel and glass house designs.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Planning permission has been granted for Porter-Leake House - an extensive remodelling and extension to a 1970s house in the South Downs National Park near Winchester, with outstanding views out over the the River Itchen valley and SSSI.  JPA's proposals include the addition of a new master bedroom wing, an extended living area and significant improvements to the building's thermal performance and internal circulation.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;JPA's residential courtyard scheme for 142-144 Southampton Road, Lymington, has obtained planning approval on appeal.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Planning permission has been granted for the development of six detached houses with off-street parking and landscaping on the outskirts of Lymington.
