
JPA's residential courtyard scheme for 142-144 Southampton Road, Lymington, has obtained planning approval on appeal.
Planning permission has been granted for the development of six detached houses with off-street parking and landscaping on the outskirts of Lymington. The three and four bedroom contemporary family homes, each with front and rear gardens, are arranged around a shared courtyard space set away from the street. Roofs are monopitch in zinc, upper storeys in western red cedar above plinths and garden walls in near white acrylic render. More information on the project can be found here.
