If we let you see the website it would look all weird and broken, nobody wants that!

JPA have gained consent for a replacement dwelling in the South of England - further project details here.
Set on the banks of an estuary, the site occupies a prominent location with far reaching views towards the sea. The house combines earthy brick and black stained timber to sit recessively against the surrounding trees and riparian landscape.
We assembled a trusted team to address planning, ecology, trees, landscape and sustainability and received support from planning officers and consent in May 2023.
Many thanks to our trusting clients and team of collaborators. We are hoping the project will be on site in early 2024.
