JPA has had two one-off houses shortlisted for the RIBA South Regional Awards for 2020.
Narula House, situated on the banks of the River Loddon in Berkshire, and Montague House, situated on the shores of Langstone Harbour in Hampshire, have been shortlisted with 18 other projects for the RIBA Regional Awards. Completed in late-2019, these houses both respond to their locality around water in very different ways, but unlock the best that their respective sites have to offer.
