Stockers Farm receives planning consent

23 July 2021 by Chris Gray

Contemporary Architecture One Off House Stockers Farm 04 jpa

JPA have received planning consent under delegated powers for a new family home on the outskirts of Chichester. The house was granted consent following an existing permission to convert agricultural buildings on the site.

The building form owes much to farm sheds, but their design is a contemporary interpretation of the vernacular using flint and dark stained timber. Landscaped grounds permeate the ancient woodland that surrounds the site, under the expert hand of Rathbone Partnership

A start on site is expected in early 2022.
