Wycombe Summit - a proposed development of 30 new dwellings on the site of a former dry ski at High Wycombe has been submitted for planning.

The site, which has been derelict for more than ten years, will be an exemplar of ‘place making’ and will optimise the relationship with adjacent woodlands to provide access to some forty hectares of Ancient Woodland that forms part of the site.
