If we let you see the website it would look all weird and broken, nobody wants that!

JPA have received planning consent under delegated powers for a new family home in Totteridge Common. The house was granted consent following the grant of a Certificate of Lawfulness to rebuild the current house with large extensions.
The house is located across the footprint of the existing house at a point where the ground falls some 3 metres, allowing for a lower level to be built into the site – the resulting form is a single-storey building as seen from the road, while from the fields beyond it is 2-storeys so that the upper floor gains distant views across the fields.
Landscaped grounds permeate the woodland that surrounds the site, under the expert hand of Rathbone Partnership.
A start on site is expected in 2022.
