JPA looking for Part 1s

John Pardey Architects are looking to recruit a new member of staff to join our team here in the New Forest, Hampshire. The position is for a Part 1 Architectural Assistant.

As part of a close-knit team, you will be working with the directors and project architects to deliver high-quality residential projects working throughout all the RIBA Work Stages.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:

• RIBA Part 1 qualifications (or equivalent)
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Good personal organisation and communication skills
• Enthusiasm and commitment to learn
• Strong design portfolio with an eye for detail
• Proficiency in CAD work, experience in Vectorworks (2D) and SketchUp is desirable
• Experience with Adobe Suite for presentation material would be useful
• Previous practice experience is desirable but not essential
