JPA, in collaboration with BD Landscape, have secured planning consent for a new residential masterplan on a site overlooking Penzance in Cornwall for developer Devonshire Homes.

320 homes, encompassing 21% Affordable rent and 9% Private shared Ownership units, occupy a site in the Chyandour valley immediately north of the town. The new homes will enjoy incredible views south across Mounts Bay and Penzance, and enjoys many new landscape features including Cornish hedges, shared lanes and newly created Plen An Gwari.
